Who is conservative?

Ronald Reagan was a conservative.
Rush Limbaugh is certainly considered a conservative.
Fred Thompson and Duncan Hunter are conservatives.
Mike Huckabee is not a conservative in my view.

Low tax and small gov. What's wrong with that? Nothing from a conservative point of view, I think. It sounds ideal to me.

I wonder why Huckabee's campaign would have a problem with that?
