BLAGOJEVICH: The General Assembly sent me a pile of horse manure to solve the CTA, and I see a pony in that by giving every senior citizen a free ride on buses and subway trains.
Well, that makes it all better then, doesn't it, Governor? Delivering a band-aid to Chicago area senior citizens using RTA and then charging them for an operation?
