Govt's Constitutional limits: Ignored and Broken

I don't find anything in the Constitution that authorizes the government to institute a 1000+ page bill for government run national health care.

"You want Government-run National health-care?
You do it right -- you get the Constitution amended to allow Congress that power.
Until then -- go to hell."
